The hit show “24″ has stated in the Washington Post ” We are publicizing “24’s” commitment to climate change for two reasons: to inspire the public to take global warming seriously & hopefully to motivate other studios to make changes to their production practices as well” ( Chris Anderson - Fox spokesperson ) The studios will be powered by electricity rather than diesel fuel.
And the Queen said everything looks better in green…Yes, Queen Latifah is jumping on the band wagon too. She has teamed up with Starbucks to narrate the story of “Artic Tale”. This film tells the story of a walrus pup and polar bear on their life’s journey. The film will debut on August 15, Starbucks will host a “National Day of Discussion: Solutions to Climate Change. Be inspired….

Eight hours in four inch heels and seven interviews later….I met Clase Nobel, of the Nobel’s of Sweden, he won an award for his commitment to peace. When I interviewed him I asked if he meant peace on this planet and was he given to allusions of grandeur? The Green Carpet event was the fourth annual Artivist Awards for films and people who are trying to make our planet a better place.
Ted Danso was also honored for his work with Oceana, a charity he created to save our oceans.
