Hello everyone, todays list will be Running backs and defense top 10.Running back are the most important player on your fantasy team. Running backs score more points than any other position. RBs get point by (TDs, 100 yd games,catches, rec yds,). So it’s really important that you secure at least 2-3 good RBs. I know your asking how does defense score points?

Well defense is judged by the team performance not individual performance. Defenses score on sacks, ints, fumbles, def-TDs, special teams TDs (kickoffs & punts). Defense gets a longer list because it is possible to go a whole game without any of these things happening for any team defense…….not likely……but possible.  So without further adue here is your list
