The New Drug

It has come to my attention that there is a new drug on the market. Now it has been here for years but now I think it is having a bigger impact on ballplayers than ever before. Is it cocaine you ask….no, is it steroids……no, but good guess. It is none other than……STRIPPERS. Yes, strippers are fastly becoming the new thing that athletes want to spend there money on. Trust me I know you can have a great time in these clubs but does anything ever good come from it? Unless, you are making that money you can afford to blow it, but for the common working man it can get you in a whole lot of trouble.

Let’s just look at our friend Pacman Jones, who got a one year suspension from the NFL for the trouble he had in Vegas and then he turns around and gets in to more trouble at club here in Atlanta. There is no evidence that Pacman did anything in the Atlanta club but he was wanted for questioning. Either way it goes according to police he spent $81,020 in cash on strippers. It looks like he just becomes crazy silly with the addictive behavior of a stripper. Jones is not the only one. Alex Rodriguez loves shoe models, and Barry Bonds made one his wife.

May athletes can’t handle the drug and again you can find yourself like Patrick Ewing testifying in a federal racketeering trail. Being a star ballplayer doesn’t protect you, no matter how much money you have. Just know that if you go to a Gentlemen’s club at least there is a possibility that you could get your name in the paper.
