Kentucky 2007 Preview
8-5 overall 4-4 SEC 7 offense 8 defense both kickers return
With what many consider to be the best quarterback in the SEC Kentucky is looking to build off the success of a Music City bowl victory over Clemson. Alsoo returning on the offensive side is WR Keenan Burton, TB Rafael Little, and TE Jacob Tamme. More importantly than those offensive pieces are the eight returning starters from a defense that held an explosive Clemson running game in check. What Kentucky needs to do now is build off the first bowl victory for the school in 22 years. The momentum is there, and the talent is there. One problem does exist noone will be overlooking the Cats this year. Eight home games is a plus. Sept 15 matchup with Louisville could make or break the season. Win that game and ascension awaits. Lose and descension is likely.
