Trouble for Pacman Again
June 18, 2007 |
A shooting outside Club Blaze on Moreland Ave.,may be causing Dekalb County Police to search for troubled NFL player Adam “Pacman” Jones. Witnesses told ploice that Jones became angry when a group of men approached a woman with him and asked her for a dance. Jones became upset and threatened the men. A group told police they left the club and were driving away, but they were being followed. Police said it appears both groups opened fire, leaving one SUV full of bullets. One person was injured and Officer Ariel Toledo said Jones was not present when the shots were fired. “We believe he knows some of his entourage who were involed in the shooting,” Toledo said. “On himself, we do not have any charges on him. He wasn’t there when the shooting occurred.”
