The Tony Award
Tony Parker and the San Antonio Spurs went to elite company last night with a 83-82 victory over the Cavs. The win made the Spurs be a complete sweep of the Cavs. Parker was named Most Valuable Player. Tony Parker display what type of team player he truly is when he was handed the award by NBA top man David Stern. Parker could have talked about how great he was in the series but he put on the shine of fellow teammate Micheal Finely. The vetran Finely who was a key figure in the Dallas Mavricks organization. Move to the Spurs for a chance to win a championship. Tony Parker holding the NBA trophy ”C’mon Michael, you’re coming with me. Make sure you bring that champagne,” Parker said to Michael Finley, who had one request before he complied.”You go first. I’ll follow you,” Finley said. “We’ve all been following you all season.” This title was thier 4th in 9 years. The spurs Coach Gregg Popovich feels the team will be motivated to repeat due to they have never won back to back before. The spurs have 8 guys on their team over the age of 30. They’re the oldest team in the NBA.

We don’t need to beat up on the Cavs, they had a great season. This is the first time in 43yrs that they have made it, so we need to give Lebron and the Cavs a “hand”!!!
